I was so looking forward

"I was so looking forward to displaying this LED snowman over the holidays. Unfortunately, it arrived not working. The on/off switch barely moves. I put new batteries in, hoping that was why the light didn't work, but that wasn't it. On top of that, the light/switch combo glued into the bottom fell out. I am going to attempt to reach Pfaltzgraff to arrange a replacement. Thank you!"

Another adorable snowman. Happy with

"Another adorable snowman. Happy with this purchase, as I collect snowmen. Only disappointment is the snowmen don't have a timer. Please add timers to all your lighted figurines! It's a pain to turn them on and off, while other decorations I have all have timers."
