"I purchased these dishes as a gift, thinking they were Pfaltzgraff brand. Nowhere does the description state that it is a different brand. She. They were delivered to the recipient, she told me they weren’t Pfaltzgraff Allen and Roth. This is not what I paid for! The company gave me the runaround saying I could return them. How do they expect me to return a gift I sent to someone in a different state? Bait and switch!"
