Pleased with ease of ordering replacement pieces.
"Disappointed that the two replacement dinner plates I ordered are noticeably lighter in color than the original. Will have to be desperate before setting them on the table with my others."
beautiful but have some issues
"Arrived quickly and perfectly. the packaging was unbelieveable. I love the plates, they are beautiful, but I have 2 issues with them: 1. They chip VERY easily. I have to be very careful putting them in the dishwasher and I worry that they may chip during the cycle. I have had to replace 4 dinner plates already. 2. Each dish is extremely heavy. I only carry 3 or 4 at a time to the table."
They look nice but,it chips easy
"They chip so easy , you can't touch them together or you will chip them."
Great Customer Service
"Thank you for your greeat customer service. The first plate that arrived was beroken, so I emailed your customer service to learn the procedure for returning the broken plate. I was told not to return it that another one would be shipped free of charge, which I received today. Thank you for making the whole experience hassle-free.. Karen V. Arizona"
