Oh my God, here we

"Oh my God, here we go again. I got the replacement shipment. It was supposed to be of 4 plates, and there was only 2 plates wrapped in bubble wrap. Nothing was in a box. your customer service is awful. Just absolutely awful. How sad for a previously trusted company . you do not send the correct amount of plates that were paid for and then when you replace them it is still not correct. I want my money refunded. I will ship you back all 6 and a 1/2 sets of plates. You charged me for 7 sets. This is ridiculous."

Snow Flurry

"I got these dishes during the holiday sale with an eye toward complimenting my normal pattern that has blues/browns/greens/purples. Also something holiday but also wintry. We love the plates and bistro mugs! The luncheon plates have remained out of stock but I’m hoping for next Fall. These plates are curved up at the rim which threw us. We were worried the plates would tip when we cut our roast dinner but they were absolutely stable. We love them. The plates, the smaller bowls, the bistro mugs, the latte mugs are all wonderful."

I love everything that I

"I love everything that I ordered. I am waiting on two sets of the Snow Flurry salad plates, and then I will be ordering those. This will be the first time in my 71 years that I will have more than four matching plates, and it will be the first time that I will have a set of Christmas dishes. I am so excited! Thank you for making so many lovely pieces! Thank you, and Happy New Year to everyone at Pfaltzgraff. God Bless."
