"I have these glasses myself so wanted to send them as a gift. First set delivered one shattered. You replaced it. Replacement arrived and one of 4 again shattered . the person I sent it to as a gift felt so bad for me he would not allow me to report the second occurrence with another picture /phone call etc. This and the dish set was a hse gift for my son in portland oregon .
