"I had purchased a set in October, additional set in December. All of the dishes & bowls are losing the gold edging & it is turning black. When I reached out to customer service (4 months after using the older set), I was told there is no warranty & they would offer 30% off (not available on additional sale prices). Do not purchase from Pfaltzgraff. The quality is not there, and the set is a regret."

"We love the dinner set and ordered them because we already had a set when we got married. However a lot of the plates have imperfections and look like the paint is rolling off them and then dried like that. I was overall disappointed."

"I had April for 25 years and my mother in law has always used this brand. Pfaltzgraff is great quality so I went with it again. I got a 12 pc set of Hadlee Grey for Christmas. I love the set. great quality. Sturdy but the silver rim is already starting to tarnish off and it has been a month. not sure if this is supposed to happen or not. I will still always go with this company though."

"I purchased 3 of the 4 piece sets of Hadlee dinnerware during the Pfaltzgraff Labor Day sale. The sale made them an excellent buy and my order arrived promptly. I was not disappointed in the quality and appearance of this set. . These dishes have larger than the average dinner plates with a significant curve on the edge, but they still fit perfectly in my dishwasher. The color complements my kitchen design so they look beautiful in my glass front cabinets. I can’t speak to the durability as yet because they are new but I can say that I’m completely satisfied with my purchase."
