"My purchase was for silverware. I had been using my set and enjoyed it for over a year . One of the forks was misplaced. I found a twenty piece set of the same pattern to have the replacement piece and a few extra pieces for when extra guest show up . Very happy with the purchase that I made. Honestly could have bought the same set at a better price by not going company direct."
"This set feels very thin and flimsy and the steak knives which came with this set are just awful quality- thin plastic handles and the thinnest blades I've ever seen on steak knives. I'm certainly NOT used to this lack of quality out of Pfaltzgraff. We have a massive collection of their Napoli dish line and also their white Filigree line. This is just sad. And I've been told that retail stores won't allow me to return this set because it's been used, even if it has been washed and repackaged in those plastic sleeves. Buyer beware."

"This flatware looks amazing. Love the feel as far as the weight goes . It looks great on table and easy to care for. The pattern looks better in person I was pleasantly surprised by the beauty of the pieces. From time of placing order to delivery everything went smoothly with no problems at all ."
