"3- Because 2 plates looked almost damaged, they both have sharp places on them. At a closer look, it was in the manufacturing. The design around the plates were uneven on several of them. The pattern was lovely, for our Thanksgiving dinner."
"Excellent product that matches the Pfaltzgraff name. I recently purchased 2 sets of these and ended up needing another. The prior shipment came nicely packaged no problems. This shipment, while not damaged, came in a lesser cared for packaging. The plates were not centered in the packaging and were hitting without packaging on the taped line of the box. I don't know how they weren't chipped or broken but they arrived fine. I appreciate being able to order just plates and not the whole set."

"I’ve been using Phalzgraff for many years, I have complete sets of several patterns. I was very disappointed with this purchase. These dinner plates are completely different in color and size than the original set I was trying to add to. When I contacted Phalzgraff I did get a response but it was not helpful. No offer to help with a return or suggestions for possibly finding a match, such as markings on the plates. I am stuck with plates that are useless to me. This order was not up to the expectations I hold for Phalzgraff."
