"These dishes are beautiful. The print is uniform on each piece. They will be perfect for my fall and winter dishes. The order was delivered quickly. I did have one piece that was cracked. I contacted customer service and heard back within 24 hours with assurance that the item would be replaced."
"The set is very pretty, but 3 pieces were chipped on the rim when I unpacked it and ii was sent me only 2 replacement (cup and bowl) not the serving dish."

"Solid dishes and very festive! I love to tablescape and I'll be able to use these over and over again with a variety of decor to make an eye catching Thanksgiving table for years to come!! And Pfalzgraff stand behind their products. I'm very happy! Karen"
"We bought these for our Thanksgiving table. They're pretty person, for which I'm thankful. They arrived VERY well packaged. I order items elsewhere and they could learn a thing or two from you all on how to package items. These dishes remind me of some of the ones my mother had when I was growing up. I absolutely love the Winterberry ones that we purchased about 12 years ago for our Christmas table. High quality. One of my daughter's still buys me pieces of that to go along with what I have."
