I haven't gotten them yet

"I haven't gotten them yet as our move-out-of-state timeline got moved up 1. 5 days after I ordered them and you wouldn't change the address. Now my neighbor is having to RESHIP them to me and I will not be happy if any get broken. Crazy to me you couldn't change the address when they had NOT shipped from you yet."
