"Beautiful! I originally ordered 4 of these lovely mugs. From the online photos I feared the leaves might be a little too white and "cartoon- like," but I waa pleased to find they are a creamy color, and their edges blend into the subdued gray-green background. Perfect size and heft. I loved them so much, I ordered 4 more!"
"The product is very nice but two of the six arrived broken and unusable."

"These mugs are beautiful! I was so happy to receive them. They’re perfect . Have a very comfortable fit and are deep. Holds 16 oz of coffee. . when i opened the box of 4 found all but one were broken. I contacted Platzgraff and they wanted to see photos. I sent 2 pictures and they said to throw them away and they are sending replacements. All of this took place in one afternoon. Product and customer service are excellent!
